Contraindication
High doses (over 120mg a day) can cause headaches. Not usually recommended for children and not to be taken by those on blood-thinning medication.
Warfarin : may cause increase in its effectiveness, possibly causing uncontrolled bleeding
Medicinal Use
Therapeutic uses: poor memory and concentration and impaired mental function, high blood pressure, stroke, varicose veins, piles, asthma, wheezing.
