Siberian ginseng isn't technically a member of the ginseng family, but it has very similar properties and is widely used.
Therapeutic uses: stress, nervous exhaustion, insomnia, depression, poor memory and concentration, chronic fatigue syndrome, jet lag.
Best taken early in the day.
